Controller
Rottal Auto AG, Rütmattstrasse 2, 6017 Ruswil, operates this service.
Data protection officer: Sandro Strub, cio@knecht.ch. Contact this address for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
When you visit this site
Our server records technical details: IP address, time of access, the page requested and the browser identifier. We need these for operation and security; they are not combined with other data and no user profiles are created from them.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie that keeps your entries across the four steps of the report form, and a security token protecting the forms from abuse.
There is no web analytics and no tracking. No advertising or social network services are embedded. The fonts used are served from our own server.
Maps
The network map and the maps on detail pages load their map tiles from CARTO, based on OpenStreetMap data. In doing so your browser transmits its IP address to that provider — this cannot be avoided technically if map tiles are to be displayed.
Every message is fully readable without the map; if you wish to avoid this transmission, use the list view.
Reporting an issue
When you send us a report we process: the area and reason of your report, your message, and the optional details on stop, route, date and departure time. Among the contact details, salutation, first name, last name, street, postcode and town are optional.
We only need an e-mail address or phone number if you would like a reply. Choosing "No reply needed" lets you submit the form without any contact details at all.
We use this data solely to handle your concern and — if you wish — to reply to you.
Publishing reports
Reports are published only if you explicitly consented in the form and we decide to do so in the individual case. Consent alone does not lead to publication.
Only the message text as edited by us and our reply are published. Name, address, e-mail address and phone number are never published.
You may withdraw your consent at any time; we will then take the report off the site.
Retention
We keep reports for as long as handling them and any follow-up questions require, and delete them afterwards.
Disclosure to third parties
Your details stay with us. Access is limited to staff handling your report and to our hosting provider as part of technical operations. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.
The disruption and roadworks messages themselves come from the Open Data Platform Mobility Switzerland and contain no personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to information about the data processed about you and to its correction or deletion. You may withdraw consent at any time. Please contact the data protection officer.
